The Company undertakes to only collect information by lawful and fair means. This means we will never be unreasonably intrusive. The Company’s websites will be similarly noted and we will monitor each website and its usage. This enables us to make improvements to our sites and provide better on-line services. The Company will provide all clients and customers the opportunity to “opt-out” of receiving promotional material either electronically or in hard copy. You can contact us at any time if you do not want to receive marketing information from the Company. We will process these instructions as soon as possible. The security of the information collected is of primary importance and we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information held on our servers is not subject to loss, misuse or unauthorised access or alteration. We also endeavour to take all reasonable steps to ensure personal information which is no longer required is destroyed or permanently de-identified. Any client or customer who has furnished personal details to us will have the right to seek out the information we hold on them. The Company undertakes to respond to any client or customer enquiry regarding what information we hold, how we use it and where or how it is disclosed.

The Company undertakes to ensure that any amendments to information are actioned in a timely and efficient manner.
