Mark Illingworth - General Manager
Mark has had experience in the Financial Services Industry for 23 years becoming Marketing Executive (NSW/Qld) for Colonial Mutual.
In 1998 Mark was appointed Marketing Manager with developers Forrester Kurts and then National Sales Manager with Raine & Horne Investments.
With all his experience gained in that time, in August 2000, Mark formed Brisbane Property Brokers to offer his clients independent advice and a larger portfolio of Investment Stock throughout the Brisbane area, maintaining the professionalism and service expected by his clients.
Sophia Illingworth - Director
Sophia has worked in the Legal Profession for over 18 years as a conveyancing paralegal working with some of Brisbane's largest Law Firms.
Skills learnt by Sophia over the years as a paralegal have been brought to Brisbane Property Brokers to aid in the areas of conveyancing, liaising with Law firms, accountants, suppliers, Banks and Property Managers to ensure a smooth transition to settlement of properties for our clients.
Sophia is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and a Commissioner for Declarations in Queensland.
Tracey Mackay - Sales Manager Southside
Tracey brings to our team extensive administration and business experience having worked as a legal secretary for six years and as a personal assistant to the director of a large manufacturing company for two years.
Tracey's business acumen is attributable to her experience in running her own business for many years prior to joining Brisbane Property Brokers and this experience will add further professionalism to our team. As with all of our team Tracey is a registered real estate salesperson.
Lenard Oberman - Sales Manager Southside
Originally a Dispensing Optician and Audiologist, Len moved into the hospitality industry owning, managing and developing some of Melbourne's premier restaurants, hotels and night clubs.
Len has lectured at the Victorian College of Hospitality and Tourism and worked as a consultant to the hospitality industry in Melbourne. After moving to Brisbane with his family he established a LPG transport business with a fleet of trucks.
Len learnt the importance of customer service within these industries and strives to satisfy and protect his clients best interests at all times.
As with all of our team Len is a registered real estate salesperson.
Felicity Agius- Contracts Manager
Felicity brings to the team exceptional customer service skills, administration and conveyancing experience. In the past, Felicity has managed and owned her own business giving her foresight and maturity beyond her years. Upon completion of this business Felicity then proceeded to work as a conveyancing paralegal for Queensland's largest conveyancing specialist, whilst then making the progression to Brisbane Property Brokers.
As our Contracts Manager, Felicity is responsible for the day to day operations on each and everyone of our properties. She liaises with all parties during the contract process and keeps Sellers and Buyers well informed throughout.
Going beyond the call of duty to help our clients is what Felicity does well.
