My name is Kate Renshaw and I am the On Site Manager of the Greenwood Heights complex in Logan City.

As an On Site Manager I have experienced the comings and goings of Owners Occupiers and Outside Agents. Obviously, this is something I do not like to see. I have been the manger at Time Square Apartments for just under five months and during that time Stan Sully of Brisbane Property Brokers has sold two units in the complex. Both sales were to investors and in each case the first prospective buyer he showed the apartments to, placed a contract on the unit within the week. This is a tall order as there is a high demand for many owner occupiers to sell their suburban homes to relocate to inner city Brisbane. Just a note to sincerely thank you for very successfully selling units within our complex recently. Now when we get the “dreaded” phone call from the Owner saying they wish to sell we can confidently refer them to BPB and know you will apply your best efforts to sell only to an investor and do so both quickly and efficiently.

It is refreshing to deal with an agent who understands and respects our position as Resident Managers and the financial investment we need to actively protect.

BPB have proven they are able to sell our units with minimum disruption to our tenants as prospective buyers are well qualified prior to inspecting which has meant fewer inspections and a firmer sale when the buyer did proceed to contract.

The staff are professional and cheerfully assist whenever they are able. It is also very reassuring during the sale to receive the letters confirming the status of the contract – signing, unconditional and then settlement. We really appreciate being kept informed.

We have also been impressed with the new Owners ready acceptance of our services and keenness to sign the PAMD Form 20a. It has been obvious that BPB has educated them in the advantages of employing the services of a Resident Manager.

BPB has also come to our aid when rent enquiry using our usual advertising has been slow by advertising the available unit for rent on their website. We have received a great response and have been then able to rent the unit quickly.
